Settling Into Support and Sensation

Today, I just wanted to offer you a guided meditation. Sometimes accessing guided meditations can be easier than just sitting and expecting yourself to slow down and sit for 5+ minutes. This meditation is titled “Settling Into Support and Sensation” and will lead you through the noticing of bodily sensations and where your body is making contact with support. It is about 9 minutes long.
